WORLDCRAFTERS WRITING WORKSHOPS
Worldcrafters is a series of creative writing workshops for kids ages 9 and up. In every workshop the participants create a world, plot, write, and illustrate their very own book. From devising engaging stories, to crafting imaginative characters, to dreaming up fantasies of mysterious and magical realms, workshop participants are in for a creative and collaborative journey.

Entombed is an adventurous novel about the perilous journey of a strange crew as they venture into the unknown depths of an ancient pyramid.
Written by participants of the ‘Journey into Lands Unknown’ workshop: Is there anything more inspiring than a crew of brave adventurers, journeying against all odds to complete their quest and reach their destination? Whether the crew is exploring an ancient perilous pyramid or sailing the seven seas, their expedition will not be easy. Will they reach their destination? Will they manage to brave the odds and complete their quest?
Escape from Cybrokryptia
This futuristic adventure story is filled with excitement, suspense, and humor.
Written by participants of the ‘Lost Kingdom’ workshop: There are things in the past that are shrouded in mystery. None of these secrets, perhaps, are as strange and mysterious as the disappearance of a kingdom. Whole cultures have vanished from the face of the earth, never to be found. But what if we did find them? What if we discovered a lost kingdom and were able to go back in time to when it was bustling with life and commotion? And what if we could help prevent it from ever being destroyed?
ONE WISH
One Wish is an story filled with thrills, chills and wonders. Explore magical rooms and make new friends (and enemies) along with our heroes, as they venture to find what is most important...
Written by participants of the ‘Terror Tales and Spooky Stories’ workshop: The creaky wooden door slams behind you all by itself as you walk slowly through the dusty hall. Cobwebs hang in every corner, and somewhere upstairs you think you might hear an organ playing. You could've sworn that painting just blinked. A candle is burning on the table, beside a large piece of parchment and an ink-bottle. On the parchment is written one sentence... “Twas a dark and stormy night... and I forget the rest.”

Detective Jacob McBlake, his assistant William, and his Teddy receive an invitation to a party. The host of this event is Tim Grover Charleson, the multi-billionaire. But crime seems to follow Jake everywhere he goes...
Written by participants of the ‘Young Playwrights’ workshop: The curtain rises... the lights dim... the show begins. “Hi everyone,” an announcer says, “Due to technical difficulties, we don’t have a play to perform for you tonight. Would any kids in the audience volunteer to write it?”
Detective Jake McBlake and the Case of the Eccentric Billionaire (Parts 1 & 2) as performed by the play’s co-authors at the final showcase session of the Young Playwrights workshop. During the previous sessions, the participants conceived, plotted, wrote, revised, rehearsed, and designed the production in preparation for this final performance.
